Our amenities include a wood burning fireplace in the living room, an entertainment room with a large screen television with satellite programming, a VCR and DVD player, a library with both books and movies, a lodge room with a television and VCR player, on site exercise equipment, and access to laundry facilities. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you will find that the Rimrock Lodge will surpass your expectations. Vacationers can enjoy the star filled Wyoming nights from the hot tub on one of the decks, while business travelers can access a high-speed wireless connection for their convenience.

POLICIES
  • Reservations are required.
  • Room rates are based on single and double occupancy.
  • Rates do not include sales and lodging taxes of 8%.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates include a complimentary breakfast.
  • A deposit in the form of a credit card is necessary to guarantee your reservation.
  • Deposit amount is equal to 1/2 the room amount charge.
  • Major credit cards or cash are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation for any portion of stay is received 5 days prior to arrival date. (Exception: If another guest subsequently rents reserved room(s), deposit (less a $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We can accommodate late arrivals with prior arrangements.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the last morning of your stay.
  • Please inform us at time of reservation of any special dietary considerations.
  • For safety reasons we accept well-behaved children age 12 and over.
  • Our bed and breakfast is a non-smoking facility.
  • Beverages are available in the guest refrigerator.
  • Our laundry facilities are available for the convenience of our guests by prior arrangement.
  • The hot tub and exercise equipment are available for guests to use at their own risk. One-day passes for the local recreation center are available for a minimal fee.
  • Bed linens are changed every other day.
  • Bathrooms are cleaned daily.
  • As a courtesy to others please honor closed doors and observe quiet time after 10:00 p.m.
  • Guest parking is on the right side of the driveway and by the street curb in front of the lodge. Please do not block the garage doors.
  • Please talk to innkeepers before inviting visitors to the lodge.
  • Guests are welcome to wander through the front gardens.
  • Although we love animals, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
  • Our dogs enjoy the back yard and you can too, just let us know if you would like us to kennel our pets.
